I’ve had two experiences this week where people have stated the “facts”, and shared their “knowledge”, yet the last thing I felt was helped.
I had some strong opinions afterward on how they should have acted, based on my “knowledge” of customer service.
After reading 1 Corinthians 8, I wondered how those interactions would have gone, had I been as humble and loving towards them as I wanted them to be towards me.
