
I haven’t been feeling well this past week.
Not covid – thankfully. Just feeling… off.
As well as dosing up on the usual remedies in my bathroom cupboard, I also make sure I take some… gentle exercise.
I exercise every day, whether I want to or not. It’s what I do. When I feel unwell, I simply adjust my class choice to meet my capacity.
I love how a gentle workout feels like I am doing something “for” my body. The energy and warmth moving through me feels healing and restorative.
I’m grateful for my subscription to Coach Kel. Barre and pilates – so many wonderful classes to choose from. It’s been easy to take (and enjoy) my daily dose of… gentle exercise.
