This is my fourth week of publishing on Wednesdays – my almost-first-month anniversary! Woo hoo!
A thought came to mind as I finished last week’s post – it may not be 100% perfect, but it is 100% published!
As James Victore says in his wonderful book Feck Perfuction:
Should you strive for excellence? Of course. Pay attention to the details? Yes. But never let “perfect” stop progress. You know what’s better than perfect. Done. Done is better than perfect.
I couldn’t agree more.
Plus once I click “publish”, Perfection and her close friend Procrastination find themselves too late to stop the show – it’s already out there.

I too am in the ‘done is better than perfect’ camp. Oftentimes we use perfection as an excuse not to put out our work, but we fail to realise how many people would enjoy our ‘good enough’ posts. Anyway, do keep the weekly schedule rolling!
