A conversation with God

It is easy to think worrying will change our circumstances.

After all, it takes up enough energy to feel like we’re engaged in “action”.

That our “attention” is making a difference.

But here’s what I know, prayers are the best words to let pour out of my mouth.

When I cover worries or any aspect of my day or my relationships with prayers, the stronger and more capable I become.

“Don't worry about anything but pray about everything. With thankful hearts offer up your prayers and requests to God.” Philippians 4:6 CEV http://bible.com
